Lunch 2 B R E A T H E

Since now and then, – I take a break and let myself flow into a vibrational state of BEING  – without any thoughts, – some might call it meditation – and some might not 😉

Anyway – it shifts my energy resources up and centres me in a way I cannot even describe. . .

Nowerdays I don´t even need any special place or surrounding to let myself  BE in that state, – I guess it´s the training throughout the years,  – practising Zen, until it become a part of your natural behaviour . . .

  • Close Your Eyes & Feel Comfortable w h e r e ever YOU Might Be. . .
  • Quite Your Mind
  • Let The Last Thought Pass By. . .
  • Take A Deep Breathe – inhale slowly a n d Exhale
  • Repeat this and watch yourself, while doing it. . .
  • Now It´s TIME to REST for a WHILE – d e e p e r and deeper – feeling how everything is taken c a r e of – just RELAXIMG_1981.jpg
